The Real Mr. & Mrs. Smith

I can't believe it has been one whole year since Laura & Michael got married! It feels like yesterday we sat down at Starbucks to begin planning their beautiful wedding day. Laura had a creative vision of combining different shades of purple to create an ombre type effect while adding other colors to compliment the purples. The colors all worked together seamlessly with Dresser Mansion as the perfect background. When the wedding day finally arrived, the flowers were placed, the aisle was decorated, the tables were set and the bride and groom were ready. Michael had a smile on his face the whole day and Laura was exuding joy and happiness from morning until late evening. I don't think I ever witnessed them not smiling. It was true joy.

One of the best parts about their wedding was the wedding party. Everyone looked perfectly put together and looked so comfortable around each other. Their was no awkwardness and it seemed like they had been a family forever. They also shared one common goal- to celebrate the love of Michael and Laura. Their were 6 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen and 1 grooms woman and they all looked fabulous.

The second best detail was her design and decor! I mean, when you have an "A" list team of vendors your bound to have a stunning wedding, right? And talk about a party? This couple and their friends know how to party! Thanks to Complete Weddings and Events, ALL the guests were on the dance floor until the very last second sweating, laughing, and performing all the latest dance moves. Some performed the moves perfectly and others, well, they enjoyed all the practice!

After the wedding, I had time to reflect back on the day and realized just how joyous this couple was. It really allowed me to have fun, relax and enjoy every moment they had that day. They are a lovely couple who just makes you want to smile and be happy every day. Thank you for all the memories and I wish you many more years of love, happiness and true joy. Happy Anniversary Mr. & Mrs. Smith!
