On-site vendor management the day of the wedding

Set-up decor, linen, tables, etc according to the floor plan design

Distribution of flowers to wedding party and pinning the boutonnieres

Management of timing and execution of important activities at ceremony and reception, including processional/recessional of wedding party, formal introductions, first dances, cake cutting, toasting, bouquet/garter toss, grand exit and more

Distribution of final payments and vendor tips on day of wedding

Assistance with tear-down at end of reception

Return/Loading of personal items to bride and/or family at the end of the reception
